Here are the workshops for the beginning of 2025
Wellbeing workshops
A series of wellness journaling workshops exploring areas of yourself that you want to understand better.
Each workshop is run by a qualified counsellor and in small groups.
Each cost £65 per session - all resources and refreshments inc.
January 2025
16th Jan - Self Esteem - looking at why self esteem can help give you a good sense of well being and helps you step into life with more confidence, joy and resilience
30th Jan - How do habits help - discover how small changes can have a big impact. Learn how your thought process works and discover your way of dealing with behavioural change.
February
20th February - Importance of you - exploring how small changes for yourself can make big differences to those around you and what you do.

6th March- Building your own confidence - exploring where does confidence come from and to establish your building blocks to build your own confidence
20th March - Work/Life balance - looking why you may have in-balances and tools and techniques that may help you make your life a little bit easier
April
3rd April - Self care - how looking after yourself can help you support everyone around you. Reflect and build a toolbox of ideas that support you.
All supplies needed for the sessions are supplied.
Wellness Walk and Talk Workshop
Being out in nature, walking and talking supports you both physically and mentally. The session will have a range of activities and ideas from planning, starting, enjoying and ending your walk with purpose and positives..
You have the resources within you and with these sessions they will help you recognise them and explore some tools and techniques that could help you too. This is a place for you to prioritise your mental health and wellbeing and to focus on the relationships that mean the most including the one with yourself.
